How to Measure Yourself

Grab a soft measuring tape. If you don't have one, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.

Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to where you want the shirt to end.

Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
